On Friday afternoon, the UFC announced it had renewed their a multi-year partnership with DISH Network L.L.C. As a result of the agreement, DISH will provide UFC fans the opportunity to tune in, this Saturday, May 23 for the highly anticipated UFC 187, which will be headlined by a pair of title fights. The companies’ previous agreement ended in January, but was extended for March’s UFC 185. DISH Network currently approximately 14 million customers, making it one of the biggest partners in the UFC’s pay-per-view business. “We are thrilled that DISH will continue to carry UFC PPV events and featured content,” stated UFC Chief Content Officer: Marshall Zelaznik. “ Together with DISH we will continue to deliver all of our premium content for years to come.” Terms of the deal were not made public.
