MMAFighting.com was the first to report the news. Felder (12-2), the former CFFC lightweight championship, will be looking to add onto his two-fight UFC win streak. In his most recent effort, “The Irish Dragon” walked away with a unanimous decision over UFC veteran Josh Burkman in May. Prior to this win, Felder walked away with his first career submission win after slapping on a tight rear naked choke against Daron Cruickshank in January. His win over Cruickshank, got Felder back into the win column after droppning back-to-back decision to Ross Pearson and Edson Barboza. He will enter this bout with seven career stoppage wins, all of which came by way of knockout. Trinaldo (20-4), the former Jungle Fight lightweight champion, enter this bout riding a career best six-fight win streak. In his most recent bout, the Brazilian earned a decision Yancy Medeiros at UFC 198 in May, earning a Fight of the Night bonus in the process. Trinaldo previously earned victories over The Ultimate Fighter 9 winner Ross Pearson, TUF: Smashes winner Norman Park and TUF: Nations winner Chad Laprise.
